WELCOME! I’m Juliana. Please see my brief bio below:
JULIANA DURYEA (B.S., University of Vermont) is an environmental analyst for the Town of East Hampton and outdoor educator. She spends most of her summer months on the beach managing the Town of East Hampton’s Endangered Species Program. Juliana has been teaching surf and ocean swimming lessons and working as an Ocean Lifeguard since 2003 and is a member of East Hampton’s Volunteer Ocean Rescue. A graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), Juliana has Wilderness First Aid (WFA) certification and holds CyberTracker Level III Track and Sign Certifications in New England, Long Island and South Africa and she has worked with Southampton Town’s Project Venture Program, leading student hiking and camping trips.
